CHAINGE prepared a white paper entitled "15 Routes to Value" published in the September 2015 issue of Supply Management magazine. This challenged Procurement leaders to broaden their consideration of potential sources of value.

 

CHAINGE facilitated a workshop with the international procurement community of a US based port services company focused on opportunity identification and prioritisation across divisional and geographical boundaries. Attendees were challenged to consider a wide range of sources of value and the output helped to reinforce buy-in to the functional improvement plan.
